It almost means giving up on winning except for the last tile.

But, If your hand are not ready hand, it means the same thing.

Moreover, if your hand is still one before for ready, you have to pay 1500 point.

 And if you are dealer, your turn is over.

It's better to wait until round 14.

From round 15, it is advantageous to call in all forms regardless of the number of dora.

As I mentioned in my last article, three paris is the weakest form so you have to break up one of the three pairs.

① Including complex serial pairs → Fix it Ryanmen.

How about this case ??

Looking for 5 blocks, Manzu ; 2 elements, Pinzu; 1 elements, Souzu ; head ＋1 elements.

From this form, you had better not to touch Pinzu and Souzu.

Manzu can change form, if you draw 5 6 8 9, so you are not likely to be gotten backfire.

So the next theory of handling of three pairs is 

② Discard the tiles of the pairs close to consecutive tiles. 

     Otherwise, you remember " don't discard the isolated pairs."

If you have four pairs, you can look to 7 pairs, all triplets, and so on.

If you e calculate, you can tell three pairs will be the most narrowly accepted in almost all of the situation.

Thus, when you have three pairs, you have to crush the one of the pairs.

So which pair to break??

There is an order to this.

The most priority to break up is the complex serial pair.

If you have three pairs including complex serial pairs, You should be trained to discard this  as a spinal reflex.

But last article said the exception of this rule.

How about this pattern ??

In this case, to begin with, 2 tiles are needed in each roles. 

Triple sequences needs 1m and 3p.

Straight needs 5s and 8s.

But score is quite different.

Triple sequences can add the terminal in every group.

So you should give up straight and discard 4 to fix 1 2 3.

If you draw 5s, you had better not to discard 9s, but directrly discarding 5s.

And  if your left player discard 8s, you should  call for chow.

Of course, 1m must call for chow.

3p is controversial.

Because if you call 3p, very little chance for any player to discard 1m.

Basically, Triple sequences is prior to straight.

Because, Triple sequences can be added All simples.

Exception is that you have honor tiles.

You can call for honor tile, you already have 4 elements when your hand has straight.

In another words, straight is prior to triple sequences when half flash can be added.

In this hand, you give up half flash when you draw 2-5m of 5p (Dora) first.

If other player discards red dragon, you should call for pong and look to half flash.

Most important form is Pinzu.

This is worth remembering. 

If you draw 7, 

This called Ryanmen-Kanchan that is very famous form.

Sozu can make 2 elements if you draw 8.

Thus, 9m is most useless tile in this hand.

If 2m is not Dora, you should discard 2m and 3m and look to half flash.

But you have to get 5p and 7p when you look to half flash.

It is a little bit difficult and late.

Moreover, half flash is 2 role when you call for pong or chow.

It is better to keep Dora and call for Riichi by concealed dora.

And if you keep dora, there is a chance to draw one more dora.

In this hand,  discarding 9p give up straight, and discarding 6p can't correspond to draw East.

Discarding 8p,  you can call for pong of East, and call for chow 5p, besides you can wait by Ryanmen.
