You definitely must win this hand.

To make 5 blocks, you need to make 2 elements in Manzu(character), 1 element + head (or one more element) in pins(Dots), and 1 element (or head) in Sozu(Bamboo).

So you have to make 2 elements in Manzu.

If you discard 6m, this hand can accept 2m 3m 5m, 3 types 9 tiles.

If you discard ,  this hand can accept only 2m 5m, 2types 7 tiles.

Discarding 3m,  you can 2 elements by drawing 2m, 4m, 5m, and 7m, 4 types 12 tiles,
