So you had better to refuse 2m, and make elements by using isolated 9m or 8s.

If you draw around 9m or 8s, you can call for chow 3m, 2p, and 3s, or pong 1m or 1s.

If there is one more pairs in this hand, it is complicated because you should consider 7 pairs.
