Can you tell the difference??

If you Pong, you can change 3m by 6m (=Dora). 

In this hand, the price is equal but the quite difference the risk of discarding 3m or 6m (Dora).

And when you grow 6s, triple sequence is broken. 

So triple sequence < Dora.

In most other cases, pong is basically more advantageous than chow.
